Chapter 29 - Love to the Degree of Four

The wedding wasn't a big one. Mostly family and close friends. Erin was happy to actually be a part of a wedding that wouldn't get ruined in the end. The fact that there was no Vlad around helped a lot too.

But the marriage of her cousins wedding reminded her one thing. Love comes a long way, sometimes you can't see it, and sometimes you don't even know it's there until  last second.

 And that sometimes people are scared of it, just because they don't understand it.

 But weddings made Erin swoon anyways.

 "With this ring I'll promise to love you forever " Brian said, slipping the finger on with great delicacy onto her fragile finger. He held her hand and looked up into her purple eyes that reflected his own face .

 "And with this ring, " Arlie began, "I promise to not only love you forever but to love you beyond that.  Through everything, even if everything doesn't last. But it will, as long as you love me. " She smiled, slipping the ring on his finger shaking with delight.

 The crowed clapped, Xavier shouted some inappropriate things that gathered a little bunch of laughter, and Brian held Alrie close for a kiss.

Erin watched as the new couple exchanged rings, and then looked over at her own little kiddies full of love.

That was the next best thing after finding true love, using it to create something that the word 'love' can't even come close to describing , her children  .
