"Why are you in such a rush to finish your dinner, Karri?" Brian asked, confused on how quickly she consumed her plate.
"I have plans" she said shortly as her phone began to ring.
"HMMM I WONDER WHO THAT IS." Arlie said sarcastically, drumming her hands across her chin as if she was deep in thought.
"Well... I should go now" Karri said, excusing herself from the table.
"Have fun, and use protection this time!" Brian said as Arlie giggled into her plate.
Arlie smirked. "I hope you never ever say that to our kids!"
Karri met up with Thorton to deliver the news.
"Hello Karri," he said fixing his tie, "We have an hour at my place since my wife is - "
Karri cut him off.
"Well I don't plan on going anywhere today" she started. "I actually have to tell you something..."
He looked down at her stomach, and shook his head.
"No," he said, still shaking his head. "Not me."
"Yes." She replied, being short to counter his reaction.
"Yes." She replied, being short to counter his reaction.
"I thought you were just getting a little plump that's all..."
With that she gave him a dirty look and walk away.
With that she gave him a dirty look and walk away.
She may be new to the planet but she sure did know an insult when she heard one.
And surprise, surprise ! Just when Brian thought Arlie was going to burst she started having labor pains.
She was rushed to the hospital and came out with her baby girl, Linny.
Brian was a little too enthusiastic with his new daughter.
I swear she's cute. I mean seriously look at her.
She has her fathers eyes and hair, and her mothers skin.
Karri spent her time training Pennie to be a good guard dog for the little ones.
They all still spent most of their time at the park but Linny was now being brought around too. The time spent here was used for Linnys development.
Karri looked as Arlie did the day before, ready to pop.
Because the house was getting full, and messy, Karri decided it was best to get a little help with her job. She hired a maid.
She parked her butt on the couch and watched some cooking cable while that stupid maid cleaned the house.
And she couldn't believe how passing runners still gave her that look even with a child in her arms.
The first thing Brian did when he got home from work was play with Linny. It was weird to him how much he missed her throughout the day.
Karri made up for not cleaning by cooking the best meals she possibly could
Even with room to sit and a toilet, Brian still found odd ways to eat his food.
"Brian what are you doing???"
Karri worked on her garden. The fruits and vegetables worked great with her cooking.
"Ugh gardening while pregnant is a no no!" Karri complained out loud. "It's making my back hurt so bad!"
"THAT'S NOT FROM GARDENING" Arlie screamed from across the house, "I'M CALLING A TAXI NOW !! HOLY MANICORN YOU ARE HAVING A BABY!"
Karri didn't know what to feel or how to feel. She was finally having her baby but didn't know how to take it after her conversation with Thorton.
"CAN I QUIT NOW?" she screamed outside of the hospital. " THIS SUCKS".
"No." Arlie said, walking towards the door. "Come with me little lady, we have a doctors appointment!"
As Brian waited outside with Linny and happened to glance over as Thorton approached the hospital doors.
He gave a side glance at Brian, hoping that he didn't notice him. He couldn't have people here about his baby or it would get around to his wife.
He put his finger to his temple to try to fathom what was happening to him.
"Oh why me." he mumbled under his breath. "Why was I so stuipid?"
"You'll be a great father." Brain said sarcastically as Thorton sulked the rest of his way into the hospital.
He mumbled something comprehensive back at Brian.
Karri came out with a beautiful black haired girl named Jane.
"Meet your new cousin!" Arlie exclaimed as she wheeled Linny toward Jane.
They looked in awe at each other. Karri looked in awe at Arlie, too. She was so happy to have Arlie call their daughters. It meant a lot to her because it meant that Arlie thought of Karri and her as sisters.
They taught their girls how to talk in the comfort of their backyard.
But Arlie's time was cut short with Linny as she rushed to the bathroom.
They exchanged the painting and money. Brian was about to turn and leave when Nick stopped him.
"I want some more of these in my house." He said, his loud confident voice made Brian a little scared as they stood outside of Nick's mansion.
"Of c-course" He stuttered.
Brian was honored that Nick liked his paintings. It showed how successful he was becoming.
Arlie spent her time playing for tips. She was off work for being pregnant and having a newborn. She brought Linny with her and enjoyed watching people dance to her music.
That's when Stiles started freaking out.
"OH MY GOD - OH MY LORD GET THIS GIRL OUT OF HERE!"
"What are you talking about!" Arlie demanded. "If you don't like my music, you can leave!" She shouted back at him. She didn't understand how people could be so rude.
"OH MY GOD" He continued to scream. "OH MY GOD I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT YOUR MUSIC! LORDY, I AM TALKING ABOUT THE WATER ! YOUR WATER - OH MY GOD - YOUR WATER JUST BROKE!"
"Babe!" Brian came running from across the park, Karri right behind him. "BABE YOUR WATER JUST -"
"I KNOW!" She screamed back at him. "I was just told! Just get me to the hospital!"
"Okay, babe!" Brian panicked, still freaking out as he called the taxi.
"STOP FREAKING OUT" Arlie shouted, annoyed by the three of them.
"OH MY GOD" Stiles shouted and danced in place, not able to contain his excitement.
"WHERE ARE OUR CHILDREN!?" Karri screamed, as she lost the babies in the confusion
They were finally able to leave and Karri found their kids. Stiles went home a little shaken and passed out on his door step.
Karri went back to the park to find a protest across the street, and she had to join in.
Who wouldn't want to protest the use of lady bugs?
She wasn't the only one who shared the same ideas as her.
They came out with twice the blessings.
Brian displayed his skills with handling new borns.
But he soon corrected his mistake.
Arlie got stuck at the hospital and came out with the other half.
And of course they were aged up right away.
This is Acadia. I promise she's not as grumpy as she seems. She just needed a diaper change.
She has her mothers hair and eyes, and her fathers skin. The exact opposite of her sister.
Another great display of Brian's parenting skills
This is Luc, he has all of his fathers features.
Arlie hopes to have her children filled with musical talent, but it's hard to teach toddlers when they want to eat anything they can stick in their mouth.
